Undergraduate and graduate students in our programs develop the competencies required for careers in nutrition, dietetics, hospitality, culinary, family studies, or family and consumer sciences certification.

The Department of Nutrition, Hospitality & Human Services (NHHS) is characterized by professional disciplines bound by the common theme of rendering service to individuals, families, and communities, addressing fundamental human needs. The three primary disciplines of the department include nutrition, hospitality administration, and family science.

The NNHS faculty equip students with the knowledge and marketable skills to raise the quality of life of those they will help throughout their career. Our dedicated staff are available to assist students with navigating questions about the department and university.
