Payment Due
A $150 down payment is due at the time of submission of the Housing Contract in the StarRez Housing Portal.
You'll pay this online in the with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check. This money will be applied to the total cost of your housing.
Housing Terms & Conditions
Future and current residents should pay close attention to the terms of their housing contract. When students submit a contract online, they agree to the terms presented in the documents below. It is important to review these terms for important information pertaining to resident responsibilities including our cancellation process, refund deadlines and assignment policy.
Signing a lease for off-campus housing does not relieve the student of contractual obligations that may have been assumed with the university for housing in the residence halls. It is the responsibility of the student to comply with all provisions of the contract.
