Starting March 24, 2025, LU faculty, staff, and students have a new way to speak with the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ IT Service Desk. By logging into the IT Service Portal at lamar.edu/its, users will see a new option called "Chat With Us." The chat feature can be used to get information regarding IT services.
