The Center for Resiliency is publishing a book of collected works from the Lamar community, including LIT, Lamar State College Orange and Lamar State College Port Arthur. LU Announces Recipients for 2023 David J. Beck Fellowship Scholarship
Allison Harmon and Jacob Thompson will be receiving the David J. Beck scholarship for 2023. Harmon (Vidor, Texas) is an English major with a minor in writing. Thompson (Beaumont, Texas) is a biology major with a minor in chemistry and a concentration in pre-medicine.
